Durrell is a Shinnecock fine artist from Long Island. His practice centers on preserving and uplifting the stories of his people through portraiture and landscape painting. Working primarily in acrylic, he creates intimate, narrative-driven works that document milestones within the Shinnecock Nation, focusing on the lived experiences of his generation.
