Jawonio Hosts the 2026 Rally in the Valley!

On March 13, 2026, advocates from across New York State will come together for the Rally in the Valley, a powerful call to action in support of people with disabilities, mental health challenges, and chronic medical needs. The event will be held indoors at the Rockland Community College Fieldhouse, beginning at 11:00 AM, with a recommended arrival time of 9:45 AM.

This year’s rally—organized by Jawonio in collaboration with the Hudson Valley Service Providers, that includes more than 35 partner providers—aims to shine a spotlight on the urgent need for increased state and federal investment in the workforce and essential services that uphold dignity, independence, and quality of life. Participants are encouraged to wear agency-branded apparel, bring homemade signs, and raise their voices in support of meaningful change. The venue is fully accessible, with designated parking and ASL interpreters available.
