Man Beats Coworker To Death Near Brooklyn Army Terminal: Cops
Luis Solano stands accused of delivering a fatal beating in Sunset Park on Monday, police said.

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN -- A Sunset Park man was beaten to death outside the Brooklyn Army Terminal by a coworker who has since been put in handcuffs, police said.
Luis Solano, 33, stands accused of slamming 27-year-old Bryan Trinidad's head into the pavement on the corner of First Avenue and 58th Street on Monday at about 5 p.m., said police.
Solano and Trinidad had been arguing when Solano punched his co-worker in the face and knocked him to the ground, police said.

The enraged man continued to beat his colleague then ran away down 58th Street, according to police.
Emergency responders rushed Trinidad in critical condition to NYU Langone Hospital - Brooklyn, where he died two days later, police said.

Police said Thursday that Solano, of Hamilton Heights, had been arrested on manslaughter and assault charges.
