Person Hit By Car In Sunset Park During Rush Hour, FDNY Says

SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN — A car struck a pedestrian in Sunset Park during rush hour Monday morning, officials said.

The person, whose age and gender were not immediately released, was hit at the intersection of Fourth Avenue and 42nd Street at about 7:15 a.m., an FDNY spokesperson said.

Emergency responders rushed the crash victim to Lutheran Medical Center, said the FDNY.
