WOODBURY, NY — A Queens man was arrested after he was accused of intercepting approximately $495,000 in checks from a Nassau County company, police said.
Nassau County police said a Woodbury business reported having two checks intercepted by an unknown person after they were mailed on June 23, 2025.
Upon investigation, 31-year-old Raymond Nagaloo of Queens was arrested on charges related to the incident, police said.
Nagaloo was charged with two counts of second-degree grand larceny and will be arraigned on Aug. 20 at First District Court in Hempstead, according to police.
