SYOSSET, NY — The Westbound Long Island Expressway will be closed between Exit 43A (Robbins Lane) and Exit 42 (Northern State Parkway) from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Friday to Monday, officials said.
The New York State Department of Transportation said this is to facilitate bridge deck maintenance.
Robbins Lane will also be closed in both directions between the North Service Road and South Service Road, and non-commercial drivers will be detoured onto the North Service Road for approximately two miles to access the LIE, according to the NYSDOT.
