This recipe is super easy and in addition to heart healthy dark chocolate, also includes antioxidant rich dried cranberries and omega-3 rich walnuts.
Dark Chocolate, Dried Cranberry and Walnut Bark

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup dreid cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts
Line a 13 in. x 9 in. baking dish with wax paper. In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate, stirring once. Mix in cranberries and walnuts. Spread chocolate on prepared dish. Chill for 30 minutes. Break into pieces and enjoy.
