The Jericho School District introduced the eight semi-finalists of the Intel Science Talent Search at their January School Board meeting on Jan. 16, 2014. Jericho’s eight students represent the largest number of winners from any school on Long Island this year. Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) proudly presented the outstanding students with proclamations. The eight students are: Ken Aizawa; Matthew Chun; Chenle Hu; Xingan Hua; Preeti Kakani; DoHee Na; Kaitlyn Shin; and Amy Xu. Legislator Jacobs also presented a proclamation to last year’s Siemens Competition Semi-Finalist, Ien Li.
