ETHAN LEIFER ADDS MANHATTAN SALES LICENSE

Ethan Leifer, licensed real estate salesperson in Douglas Elliman’s East Norwich office, has announced that he has now been licensed to sell property in Manhattan.

Mr. Leifer will now be working out of both Elliman’s 1995 Broadway office and its East Norwich office.

“I am excited that I can now help people from Manhattan to Montauk,” Mr. Leifer says, adding that his listings and work in Long Island’s luxury marketplace make him uniquely suited to help individuals and families seeking to buy or sell in Manhattan.

“The Gold Coast communities on Long Island’s North Shore are very similar to the high-end properties in New York, whether Fifth Ave., Sutton Place or the Upper West Side,” he says. “The same principles apply when selling multi-million dollar homes, be they on Long Island or in New York City. I am confident that my unique people skills combined with my creativity in marketing properties and my success in working with both sellers and buyers on Long Island will be assets when working in New York City.

Mr. Leifer joined Elliman in October to focus on the luxury market. He is the Preferred Agent for many Gold Coast areas including Muttontown, Great Neck, the Brookvilles, Woodbury, Syosset and more on the two largest online real estate sites – Realtor.com and Zillow.com.  He achieved this designation through his understanding of and creativity in marketing homes in this region combined with his large database of buyers and his people skills that lead to successful closings and many referrals.

He received his real estate sales license from the LISORE Real Estate School and has earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation and the Certified Negotiation Expert certification.
