A new traffic light was finally erected at the corner of Route 106 and Heatherwood Apartments in East Norwich recently. Legislator Judy Jacobs (D-Woodbury) is shown here with Cathy and Joe Scibelli, both residents of Heatherwood Apartments and advocates for this new light for many years.
