Meet the 6 Syosset PTA-STA Scholarship Winners

The names of the six Syosset High School seniors who received scholarships in June through the PTA-STA have been announced.

Congratulations to:

• Alexander Blumenstock— plans to major in Engineering at Duke University.
• Eric Khairi— plans to major in Bio-Medical at SUNY Old Westbury.
• Matthew Kim— plans to major in Accounting at Northeastern University.
• Ye Jin (Pearl) Kim— is attending Northwestern University and is undecided on a major.
• Remington Lim—is attending Boston University in their 7-year Accelerated Med Program.
• Josh Radler— plans on majoring in Broadcast Journalism at S. I. NewHouse School at Syracuse University.

The PTA-STA Scholarship provides $5,000 over a two year period. Any Syosset High School senior planning to pursue any field leading to a degree, certificate, or license in an accredited post high school program can qualify.
