Nassau Police Report: Week of December 1
Check out the recent crimes and arrests reported near the Syosset area.

Nassau County Police released the crime report for the week of Dec. 1 to Dec. 8.
Check out the following incidents and arrests near the Syosset area over the past week as reported by police:
- Nov. 22: A woman reported that someone slashed the front tire of her car on N. Syracuse Avenue in North Massapequa.
- Nov. 27: Joseph Lamb, 34, of Farmingdale was arrested for shoplifting from a store on Old Country Road in Westbury.
- Dec. 2: Austin Fierstadt, 38, of Woodbury was arrested on a DWI charge on Main Street and Papermill Road in Roslyn.
- Dec. 3: Kerri Famiglietti, 37, of Hicksville was arrested for shoplifting from Kohl's on Jericho Turnpike in Jericho.
- Dec. 3: A man reported that someone entered the shed in his backyard and stole assorted tools on Amy Court in Massapequa.
- Dec. 4: A woman reported that someone poured an unknown substance on her car on Franklin Place in Farmingdale.
- Dec. 4: A man reported that someone stole a hand made Christmas decoration from outside his home on Bayview Avenue in Massapequa.
