Inspired by a rose garden on Cold Spring Road in Syosset, a reader sent in this photo – a collage of the photos she took of the flowers.
“Roses are beautiful but extremely difficult to grow because they require a lot of care and are subject to all sorts of problems..… beetles, leaf damage, etc.,” the reader told Patch.
Yet the Syosset garden seems to be the exception.
