ProHEALTH Care Associates Signs Lease in Syosset

One of the largest integrated physician group practices in the New York Metropolitan Area recently signed a newly renovated 25,000-square-foot office space in Syosset.

ProHEALTH Care Associates, located at 575 Underhill Boulevard, will include pediatric division Kidfixers, as well as a primary healthcare practice, OB/GYN, hematologist/oncologist, ENT specialist and audiologist.

This location is appealing to medical practices due to being in close proximity to North Shore LIJ Hospital. This office building is located off Jericho Turnpike, between Route 135 and Routes 106 and 107, near a business community, lodging and shopping.

Several medical tenants expressed interest in this office space after it underwent a “major facelift,” according to Long Island Industrial Managing Partner Bruce Federman.

The renovations feature a new lobby, a new parking lot, new bathrooms and an upgraded lighting system. The roof and second floor corridors are currently undergoing renovation.
