Syosset, NY; February 1, 2016 – After a mere five years in business, Long Island Realtor Mara Navaretta of Woodbury is moving her agency, Homes By Mara Realty of Syosset, to larger digs at former and currently closed Angelina’s II Italian Cuisine Restaurant, located at 30 Berry Hill Road in Syosset. Purchased by Navaretta in December 2015, Navaretta has started the complete overhaul of the former restaurant in January 2016 that includes expansion from its original 3,000 square feet to approximately 4,000 square feet upon completion, which is scheduled for May 2016. Homes By Mara’s current 2,000 square foot headquarters at 567 Jericho Turnpike in Syosset, will close in May upon it opening its new, larger operations on Berry Hill Road.
