Syosset's Memorial Day Parade gets its pep from 92-year-old Gus Scutari.

A Honda SUV had been parked for days in front of Syosset's Memorial Park and remained there during the Memorial Day ceremonies Monday. In addition to a parking ticket, the owner of the car also got a piece of someone's mind.
"2 Hr. Parking! You've been over two days...Parade starts at 10 a.m.," warned Uncle Sam in thick black marker on a photocopy of a Syosset Memorial Day Committee flier.
