1. NYSP Syracuse search warrant, raid yields fentanyl, cocaine, three arrests (oneidadispatch.com) — State Police executed a search warrant at 115 S. Alvord Street in Syracuse, seizing fentanyl, cocaine, crack and psilocybin along with packaging materials. Three Syracuse residents were arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor drug charges and taken to the Onondaga County Justice Center for centralized arraignment, underscoring ongoing narcotics enforcement in city neighborhoods.
   

2. Bullets hit a Syracuse house and vehicle that was parked in driveway, police say (syracuse.com) — Syracuse police are investigating after a motorcyclist fired multiple shots at a home on Herkimer Street's Far Westside late Sunday morning, hitting both a white Jeep and a first-floor apartment. No injuries were reported, but officers recovered several shell casings, documented damage and interviewed neighbors as they search for the shooter.
   

3. Rep. Mannion says American's should not be investigated by ICE for social media usage (cnycentral.com) — A Syracuse poll worker was approached by ICE agents in June and given a warning over her social media posts during New York's primary, prompting concern from Rep. John Mannion. Mannion says Americans shouldn't face ICE investigations for protected online criticism and is pressing Homeland Security for answers by early September. The case raises local questions about free speech and federal surveillance.
   

4.
