After a four month reconstruction project, Mayor Walsh helped reopen the West Colvin Street bridge over Onondaga Creek. Each week during this project, Candy Edwards and the children from her daycare around the corner from the bridge brought lunch to the construction crew. Today, the work crew invited Candy and the kids to have the honor of cutting the ribbon to reopen the bridge. It was a joyful neighborhood celebration. Thank you to the team who reconstructed the bridge and to the children who reminded us we are one family
