Amazon Tractor-Trailer Jackknifes On Mario Cuomo Bridge Thursday
A small diesel fuel spill had to be cleaned up also.
TARRYTOWN, NY — No one was injured Thursday morning when an Amazon Prime tractor-trailer jackknifed on the Gov. Mario M. Cuomo Bridge. The tractor-trailer was traveling north when it slid into the concrete barriers, pushing them into the southbound lanes.
The accident occurred shortly before 3 a.m. and was cleared by 7:45 a.m., lohud.com said.
About 50 gallons of diesel fuel had to be cleaned up.
