GREENBURGH, NY — With Westchester County now at a "high" level for COVID-19 infection, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention is recommending wearing a high-quality mask or respirator when indoors in public to prevent the spread of illness.
It would also be a good idea to have COVID-19 tests at hand.
To that end, Greenburgh Supervisor Paul Feiner said that the Greenburgh Health Center and Westchester County have given the town a few hundred COVID-19 test kits.
"Many residents are getting COVID, the flu and respiratory illnesses," he said, and the test kits are in the town hall lobby for residents to take first come, first served.
Greenburgh Town Hall, which is at 177 Hillside Ave. in Greenburgh, will be closing at 12:30 p.m. Friday, as well as on Dec. 30.
