FREE REPAIRS THIS SATURDAY AT LIBRARY...Got a lamp that stopped glowing? A bike collecting dust? Jewelry sitting in a drawer waiting for a second chance?
Bring it to the Greenburgh Repair Café on Saturday, May 16 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Greenburgh Public Library and let’s repair, restore, and reconnect. This is the 3rd year that the Fairview Empowerment Group & town has sponsored this fantastic event.
Our amazing volunteer fixers will help with:
• Electronics
• Furniture
• Bikes
• Jewelry
• Garment Repair
• Watches
And yes, there will be free refreshments too.
A few quick notes:
• Watch services include battery replacement, ultrasonic cleaning, simple band adjustments, and basic evaluation only
• Watch mechanisms may not be repaired
• Watch batteries are $1 each
• Garment repairs do not include hems or bead work
This is a free community event presented by Fairview Empowerment Group and Greenburgh Public Library focused on sustainability, skill sharing, and keeping good things out of the trash.
