needed for Greenburgh business districts-a ping pong bar

would make Greenburgh more of a destination location--what do you think?

What's needed on Route 119, Central Ave or Saw Mill River Road--more indoor recreation activities like a ping pong bar!
Recently I attended a pre-wedding reception in Boston at a ping pong bar. It was so much fun. I'm reaching out to commercial realtors, potential business owners and residents asking if they could explore this possibility for our Greenburgh business locations.
Greenburgh is getting an indoor pickleball business on Central Ave. We have 3 indoor golf simulator businesses (two on Central Ave, one on Knollwood Road near Acme). Indoor recreation helps make our business districts more desirable and a destination point. What do you think?
