YONKERS, NY — St. John’s Riverside Hospital proudly celebrated another historic success with The Marty & Iris Walshin Memorial Golf Classic, held on June 16th, 2026, at Ardsley Country Club. This year’s event achieved record-breaking gross revenue and the highest attendance in the outing’s history, reflecting the extraordinary generosity of the hospital’s sponsors, donors, participants, and community partners.
The event welcomed its largest turnout ever, bringing together golfers, pickleball players, sponsors, volunteers, and guests for a memorable day of fundraising and camaraderie, all in support of St. John’s Riverside Hospital’s cardiac services. Funds raised through the event will help advance lifesaving cardiovascular care and enhance services for patients throughout the community.
The 2026 outing also marked the successful debut of pickleball, offering a new way for participants to support the hospital while enjoying friendly competition. The day concluded with a cocktail reception, dinner, silent auction, raffles, and an awards presentation recognizing tournament winners and supporters.
St. John’s Riverside Hospital now looks ahead to its next major fundraising event, the Annual Gala, on Friday, October 30, 2026, at the Glen Island Harbour Club. The Gala will continue the Hospital’s tradition of bringing together community leaders, supporters, and healthcare advocates to advance exceptional patient care throughout the region.
