White Plains, NY (August 2026) — St. John's Riverside Hospital is proud to announce a new partnership with CHOICE of NY at a press conference on Wednesday, August 5, at 11 am at CHOICE of New York in White Plains. The Comprehensive Recovery Center (CRC) located at St. John's Riverside Hospital's ParkCare Pavilion in Yonkers will provide services to CHOICE clients including group and individual counseling, anger management, co-occurring disorder treatment, harm reduction, gambling addiction and more.

The CRC is part of St. John's Riverside Hospital's Behavioral Health Services (BHS) department, which operates one of the largest and most comprehensive treatment systems in New York. The St. John's BHS department provides state-of-the-art treatment that helps individuals achieve sobriety and learn self-care practices that promote a healthy lifestyle to those affected by addiction and other mental health struggles. "Now more than ever, it is incredibly important for community partners to work together to care for those who need it most," said Ron Corti, President & CEO of St. John's. "Joining forces with a respected organization like CHOICE of New York only strengthens the resources and support we can provide to the community we serve," he said.

CHOICE of New York has been a successful non-profit care management and advocacy agency based in Westchester County, NY for over 30 years. "Many people who could benefit from services are understandably hesitant to seek help, often because they have found the process overwhelming or have struggled to connect with the support they need in the past," said Lynn Kolb, Chief Operating Officer of CHOICE of NY. Our organization provides a welcoming, accessible environment where individuals can receive immediate assistance from partners such as St. John's Riverside Hospital while building trusting relationships with our teams," she said.

The press conference will begin at 11 AM with remarks from distinguished speakers includingkey leaders from St. John's and CHOICE, who will underscore the significance and benefits of this collaboration.
