β’ Hearing Scheduled on Zoning Change for Main St. in Tarrytown (thehudsonindependent.com) β Tarrytown officials are weighing a zoning change that would allow apartments above restaurants along the village's award-winning Main Street, including a proposal over Tarry Tavern. A public hearing is set for Sept. 9 at Village Hall, giving residents a chance to weigh in on how added housing could affect congestion, character, and future development downtown.
