Andy Cooney to Sing at Westchester Broadway Theatre

"Irish America's Favorite Son" will perform on Tuesday, December 15, 2015

Singer Andy Cooney will bring “A Classic Irish Christmas,” to the stage at the Westchester Broadway Theatre (dinner-theater) on Tuesday, December 15, 2015. Cooney was called ”Irish America’s Favorite Son” in an article in The New York Times.

Cooney will be accompanied by Deirdre Reilly and the Darrah Carr Dancers which will perform intricate step dance footwork to traditional Irish music. The Musical Director is Brian Moran.

On Monday, December 14, 2015, five Broadway stars will take audiences on a journey through Broadway history with the music of Kander and Ebb, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Lerner and Loewe, Andrew Lloyd Webber, Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin and other musical greats. The cast features Rita Harvey, Carter Calvert and Danny Zolli.
