Arborists Compete In Tree-Climbing Competition In Tarrytown
The winner will move on to the international championship in August.
TARRYTOWN, NY — Professional arborists showed off their tree-climbing skills Saturday in the New York State Tree Climbing Championship in Tarrytown. There were five events that were judged, including speed climbing and aerial rescue.
An organizers said the competition helps introduce new procedures, tools and technique to the practice, the Journal News said
