Attempted Luring of a Child Reported in Greenburgh
No arrests have been made; police are asking public for information.
Police said there was an attempt to lure a Greenburgh child into a car Saturday.
FIOS1News reported the incident happened around 3 p.m.
A black woman in a beige or tan four-door sedan tried to get a 9-year-old girl into her car with the promise that she had puppies in the back of her car.

FIOS1News said the car was a few years old and has tinted windows and dents in the front and rear of passenger’s side.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call the Special Victims Unit at 914-989-1736.
