TARRYTOWN, NY - The Village of Sleepy Hollow clerk sent out a notice that a black labrador retriever was found on New Broadway Sunday around 4:30 p.m.
The pooch, which was found right outside Douglas Park, is a male that is fully grown but seems young.

It was wearing a collar but no tags.
