Auction Guidelines
The Silent Auction will be open from 1:00 to 3:30pm. An announcement will be made 15 minutes prior to the close of the silent auction.
There will be a minimum bid and incremental bids of $5.00 for all items. Minimum bids will be set at around half of the item value, unless otherwise noted. No bid will be accepted below the set minimum. Items with no bid will not be sold.
All items have been generously donated. All items are sold “as is” with noted restrictions and without warranty or liability to the Tarrytown Nursery school. No refunds or exchanges. All Sales are final. Items, numbering, description, and prices are subject to change.
Successful bidders are kindly requested to pay for their items by check or cash the night of the auction and to take the items with them. Payment in full is required.
If an item is sold for a price beyond its stated value, the amount above the stated price is fully tax-deductible.
