Child Hit By Car, Driver Flees Scene In Sleepy Hollow

The vehicle was described as a dark sedan.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — A child was hit by a car Tuesday morning in Sleepy Hollow and the driver left the scene. The 9-year-old boy was struck on Depeyster Street before 7 a.m.

The child was taken to Westchester Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries, the Journal News said.

The vehicle was described as a dark sedan, which could possibly have been a Honda Accord.
