Cops: DWI for Man with Suspended License on I-287

State police in Tarrytown said they stopped the Pleasantville resident for a traffic violation.

At 8:08 p.m. Oct 10, state police stopped a vehicle on I-287 for a traffic violation.

Police say they found the driver of the vehicle, Edmund T. Fantry III, 50, to be intoxicated and driving on a suspended license.

The Pleasantville, NY resident was transported and processed at SP Tarrytown where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.27 percent. He was charged with:

Fantry was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court Oct. 19.
