Country Music Comes to the Westchester Broadway Theatre

It took 40 years to arrive but Country Music will finally bow in at the Westchester Broadway Theatre this month.

For the first time since Bill Stutler and Bob Funking pioneered the dinner/show concept in Westchester County 40 years ago, they will host a Country Music show.

On Monday, April 13, 2015, the Westchester Broadway Theatre welcomes a troupe called “Live from Nashville.” On a nationwide tour, this group has already entertained in California, Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas and elsewhere.

The show was conceived and created by Nashville-based producer Matt Davenport, a 20-year veteran in the music event-management business. The troupe (four singers and five musicians) is new — this is their first time working together.
