Crabtree's Kittle House Chef to Give Cooking Lesson

The class covers a three-course meal with a salmon dish as the entree.

Crabtree’s Kittle House Chef Jay Lippin will demonstrate how to prepare a three-course meal with salmon as the main course on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The cost to participate in this event is $45 per person with two glasses of wine included in the cost. Tax and gratuity are additional.

Planned for this cooking class:
First course. Wild hive creamy polenta with spring vegetables
Second course. Pan-roasted Wester Ross Island sustainable salmon, Scottish beans, and tomatillo vinaigrette
Third course. White chocolate hazelnut semi freddo

The chef will demonstrate the dishes one at a time — and after each demonstration, the attendees will taste, and the chef will then proceed to the next item.

Attendees will be given recipes and reference information about the restaurant’s food sources to take home. The dishes demonstrated will be available for ordering by the attendees to take home.
