Crabtree's Kittle House Chef Jay Lippin to Conduct Cooking Class
A three-course all-vegetarian meal is planned.
A cooking lesson called “Chef Jay’s Vegetarian Cooking Class” will be conducted on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 beginning at 6 p.m. at Crabtree’s Kittle House Restaurant & Inn by Executive Chef Jay Lippin.
The cost to attend the class (including a three-course dinner accompanied by two glasses of wine) is $45 per person plus tax and tip.

- Ginger-sesame marinated local tofu. Warm poached Hudson Valley duck egg and pea tendril salad
- Fargo and local legumes pilaf. Pinto beans and Greater Northern beans, Hudson Valley vegetables, local sprouts and ras el hangout.
- Dessert. Kittle House crème brûlée
