CT Man Accused Of Driving While Drunk In Westchester
His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.19 percent, police said.
ELMSFORD, NY — A Connecticut man was accused of driving while drunk in Westchester County.
The New York State Police said Wilfredo Perez, 43, of Stamford, Connecticut, was stopped on Interstate 287 in the village of Elmsford around 11:15 p.m. Friday for a traffic violation.
He was found to be intoxicated, police said.

Perez was taken to the Tarrytown barracks where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.19 percent.
He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.

Perez was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Village of Elmsford Court Aug. 11.
