This Thursday is the first Thursday in June, which means it’s time again for 1st Thursday Night Lights, sponsored by The Briarcliff Manor Chamber of Commerce. The theme this month is Texas barbeque (Chili Cook-off).
From 5-8 PM, My Sherry &more, Inc. is celebrating with a tasting of 3 Gold Metal Award winning Texas whiskies and 2 Estate bottled wines from Spain. The whiskies are Balcones Baby Blue, True Blue and Brimstone Smoked, Waco Texas. The white wine is a 2010 albarino and the red is Negre 2010, 100% grenache.
Additionally, there will be a 10% discount on the purchase of all tasted wine. So drop by and sample some Texas blues, or for those of you who don’t shoot whisky, sip on our fine wines while strolling the village and nibbling on barbeque.
