Stone Barns Center is offering vacation camp for children in grades 1-5. Children will be immersed in the farm experience including garden work, animal chores, farm crafts, games and nature hikes.
The program will emphasize the farm-to-table connection as the children learn about both harvesting and preparing healthy and delicious snacks.
The session is four days, from February 21 - 24.
