Beginner/All Levels yoga in the Kripalu tradition.

Four week session from 7:30 – 8:45 p.m. on Tuesdays starting, 7/10
$15/class, $40/remaining 3-class session

Kripalu is the Sanskrit word for “compassion”.  This class is designed for students with little or no experience with yoga, students who have some experience with other yoga styles and who are interested in discovering Kripalu yoga, or students who wish to refine their alignment within poses. The goal of these classes is to teach students breathing techniques (pranayama), beginning mediation, alignment within yoga poses (asana), unlocking prana (energy) , how to listen to their bodies, and establishing a solid base for future yoga practices.
