First Lighting Ceremony Scheduled for Sleepy Hollow Lighthouse

Parking and admission to the event are free.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — What is hoped to be a new holiday tradition in Sleepy Hollow is set for Saturday, Dec. 3 with the Holiday Lighting of the 1883 Lighthouse.

The lighthouse will be open for visitors starting at 3:30 p.m., with the first-ever lighting ceremony set for 4 p.m.

Organizers said the lighthouse will be decorated with colored LED lights, and the Heartfelt Quartet will perform holiday carols.
