Florida Man Arrested in Greenburgh on Drunk Driving Charge
He said his car was side swiped by another vehicle that left the scene.

State police arrested a Florida man on a drunk driving charge after he was involved in a hit-and-run accident.
Timothy L. Martinson, 56, of Boynton, FL, was driving his 2016 Ford Fusion and told police he was side swiped on I-287 in the Town of Greenburgh by an unknown vehicle that left the scene.
Police determined that Martinson was intoxicated and was taken to the Tarrytown barracks for processing.

His blood alcohol level was found to be 0.18 percent.
Martinson was charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated.

He was released to a sober third party to return to court March 4.
