Former Presidential Candidate Gary Hart to Appear as Season Ends for Spoken Interludes on June 30, 2015

Program will resume in fall, 2015.

Gary Hart, former Colorado senator (1975-1987) and presidential candidate (1988 primary campaign), will read briefly from his new book “The Republic of Conscience, The Light in the Ruins” at the Spoken Interludes season-ending program in Hastings-on Hudson on June 30, 2015. His talk takes place the same day that his new 240-page book will be released in hard cover by Blue Rider Press.

Hart’s book examines and critiques America’s political system and policies.

He is also the author of a series of nonfiction books and novels — the novels include “Sins of the Fathers” and “I, Che Guevara” — both written by Hart under the pen name of John Blackthorn.
