Grand Opening Set for New Paws Crossed Facility

The public will have an opportunity to tour the new facility and adoption a pet.

ELMSFORD, NY — The grand opening of the Westchester facility for Paws Crossed Animal Rescue has been set.

Members of the public are invited to join the organization as it officially opens its doors September 17, 2016.

The grand opening will beheld from noon to 3 p.m.

Jennifer Angelucci, president and CEO, said the organization was excited to finally be opening its doors to the public of its new facility.

“Westchester residents and beyond have been incredibly encouraging, patient and tenacious in their support for a true no-kill organization,” she said. “This day will honor the entire community for all of their wonderful work.”

The celebration will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, plaque presentations, vendor and food booths, music, a doggie fashion show and pet parade, pet portraits and adoption opportunities, according to information from organizers.

Paws Crossed Animal Rescue is located at 100 Warehouse Lane South in Elmsford.
