Greenburgh Residents Have Online Water Payment Option
You can use an electronic check or credit card.

GREENBURGH, NY — Town of Greenburgh residents now have the option of paying water utility bills on line. Supervisor Paul Feiner said people have been asking for this for a while and will be a great convenience to many.

As a convenience to our customers, the Town of Greenburgh is now offering the ability to pay water payments online via electronic check or credit card. There is a variable credit card rate fee determined by the card you use for paying by credit card or a no additional processing fee for paying by electronic check. Making your payment online is fast, easy, and safe. It takes just five simple steps.
In just a few minutes, your transaction will be complete and a confirmation of submission will be emailed to you.
Note: When you review your financial statement, there will be two entries pertaining to this transaction. The first entry will be labeled 'GREENBURGH UTILITY' and the second will be 'GREENBURGH UTILITY CARDX SERV FEE.'
The website shuts down every Thursday morning from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM Eastern time for any routine maintenance.
STEP 1 Locate Your Account Information
Search for your account information using a customer account number, billing name, or service street address.
STEP 2 Review Information and Accept Terms.
Review your account balance and accept the Terms of Use for this online payment service.
STEP 3 Complete Details.
Enter contact and payment information as well as any additional information that might be pertinent.
STEP 4 Confirm Information.
Confirm the information you provided in Step 3. This is your opportunity to go back and make any changes before submitting your payment.
STEP 5 Digital Receipt.
Receive your confirmation number and digital receipt. Once your payment has been submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide.
