Hospital for Special Surgery Main Hospital

Learn how to exercise safely with osteoporosis and osteopenia while building strength, balance, and mobility in this three-part workshop series.
Each session includes expert guidance on bone health, osteoporosis care, balance, strengthening, and nutrition, followed by a movement class led by a master Pilates and yoga instructor. Participants will leave with practical tools to support bone health and overall well-being in a supportive environment.



Dates: September 15, 22,&nbsp;and 29 | 10:00-11:30 am (ET)
Location: Hospital for Special Surgery, 535 E. 70th Street, New York, NY 
Cost: $75/3 classes

Pianist Wu Han, violinist Philip Setzer, and cellist David Finckel opened our 71st season and they are back, renowned for their exceptional chamber music performances. Audiences will recall Finckel and Setzer's long tenure with the legendary Emerson Quartet. Han and Finckel lead the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and the Music@Menlo chamber music festival in the San Francisco Bay area. Their all-Schubert program includes the Piano Trio No.1 in Bb Major, Op.99 and the Piano Trio No. 2 in Eb Major, Op.100. Socialize and meet the artists at our post-concert reception.
