The varsity volleyball team opened up their season with a thrilling victory against Alexander Hamilton Tuesday evening.
The team had a slow start dropping the first set 15-25. They turned it around and won both the 2nd and 3rd sets 25-23. The Lady Horsemen took revenge after falling short in the 4th set, by dominating the final and 5th set 25-17.

Leading the way to victory was Breanne Tuohy with 15 kills and 6 digs. Sara Rennert had a fantastic performance in her setting debut with 23 assists, 7 kills and 6 aces. The team will compete against Blindbrook in their home opener this Thursday, September 16th.
Sleepy Hollow junior varsity also upset Alexander Hamilton JV 2-1 on Tuesday.
