Information About New Garbage Cans In Sleepy Hollow

The village clerk said residents should follow the directions on the lid for placement.

SLEEPY HOLLOW, NY — Sleepy Hollow has some instructions for residents who received new garbage cans.

An email from the village clerk said that the new cans must be put to the curb by 7 a.m. Thursday morning.

Residents are being asked to follow the directions on the lid of the can.

The opening of the can must face the street, and the cans should not be placed near any objects, fire hydrants, utility poles, trees or parked cars.
