Last Chance for Vendors to Exhibit at Sleepy Hollow’s 20th Annual Street Fair

Event will be held, rain or shine, on Beekman Avenue on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

It's not too late to exhibit at Sleepy Hollow’s 20th Annual Street Fair.

A few spaces are still available for merchants or exhibitors, Tina Zagrobelny, Executive Director of the Sleepy Hollow Tarrytown Chamber of Commerce, said.

The fair will take place, rain or shine, on Beekman Avenue in Sleepy Hollow on Saturday, October 15, 2016, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Attendance is free for visitors.

Festivities include entertainment, music, stands offering food and merchandise such as jewelry and clothing, gifts, fire house’s ribs, and kid’s activities.

Spaces for vendors measure approximately 10 feet by 10 feet (no tables, chairs, tents or electrical power are included in the space fee). Vendor requiring electrical power need to bring their own generator and apply for prior approval from the Chamber.

The chamber-member booth cost is $75 for providers of retail merchandise or information and $125 for food service. Non-profit chamber members can apply for a 5 by 5 foot (half-space) for $35. The space rental cost for a non-chamber member is either $125 (retail sales) or $220 (food service). Food vendors receive priority booth space assignment.

Vendors are required to secure their tents with weights in case of wind. Additional terms, conditions and details appear on the application form.

The participating sponsors include the Dave & Buster’s restaurant and game complex in Pelham Manor, AppleMed Urgent Care, The Hudson Independent newspaper, and Edge-on-Hudson.
