Nonprofit Westchester (NPW), which represents 90 nonprofit organizations in Westchester County, held a workshop at MHA of Westchester in Tarrytown with guest speaker Ira Schwartz, Advertising Executive for National Executive Services Corps (NESC) on Wednesday, October 30.
