One-Car Crash Leads to DWI Arrest in Greenburgh
The incident occurred Sunday on the Sprain Brook Parkway.
Horsham, PA resident Joshua L. Thompson, 24, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of Driving While Intoxicated Sunday on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh, according to state police.
While investigating a one-car accident in the area of mile post marker 6.3 northbound on the parkway, troopers discovered the driver of the vehicle, Thompson, “was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.”
Thompson provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .13 percent. He was released after he posted station bail of $300, and he is due to appear in the Town of Greenburgh court on Nov. 10.
